Coaching Programs
We offer individual coaching
in single or multi-session packages, or you may take part
in a comprehensive program that combines assessment and goal-setting,
coaching and follow-up. Our philosophy is to combine sophisticated
assessments with personalized coaching to provide a targeted, goal-directed
approach to building leadership skills and effective work habits.
Coaching is available on a weekly, monthly, or as-needed basis.
After an initial consult and customized assessment to identify your
goals and assess your leadership style and current work habits,
we will help you design a coaching schedule that specifically addresses
your needs and budget.
Our coaching programs help you identify what you want to
achieve, and train you to set up the structure, systems, and work
habits to achieve it. Our Effective Executive Program is described in detail here.
Ineffective work habits are replaced
with newer ways of thinking and acting that implement planning,
organizing, focused action, and follow through. See our
article in the San Diego Metropolitan
for a detailed description of one client's experience.
The Center for Enlightened Productivity conducts customized seminars
and small group sessions to enhance individual and group effectiveness
based on the principles of our programs.
Systems and Technology Consulting
The Center can perform business and technology systems analysis to determine if
your key processes, procedures, policies and systems support the attainment of
your strategic goals and improve your key performance indicators.
We can support process redesign and implementation and/or development of
technology systems and software to support the redesigned processes.
Personal Technology Consulting
We will assess your workflow
and productivity goals and set up technology to support your objectives.
