The Mission of the Center for Enlightened Productivity is to provide creative
people with the skills and tools necessary to convert their unique talents into
measurable achievements that meaningfully contribute to their business, to society,
and to humanity.
Our techniques blend the principles of business, psychology and technology and are supported by valid research.
Our Company
The Center for Enlightened Productivity is located in La Jolla, California. It was created in 1995 by Ann Wycoff, Ph.D.,
a licensed psychologist who has spent over 15 years helping people to develop their leadership skills and to overcome
ineffective work habits such as procrastination, distractibility and disorganization.
Dr. Wycoff’s partner, Stephen Parker, Ph.D., brings over 15 years of experience as an operating executive in
Human Resources and Information Technology fields. His expertise ranges from developing scientifically validated
assessment instruments to developing and implementing human resources and information technology systems to increase
the effectiveness of organizations, work teams and individuals.
Every engagement begins with a comprehensive assessment to address the individual needs of each client.
For clients who are outside of the San Diego area, a program is tailored to accommodate travel or teleconferencing.
We offer services to three primary customers: (1) Professional individuals seeking to focus and achieve their goals,
(2) Organizations seeking to improve the effectiveness of their managers, employees and business systems, and (3)
Entrepreneurs seeking to establish better work habits for themselves and their key people as they lead their company to higher profitability.
We offer individual assessment and coaching as a comprehensive program or as a half or full-day seminar delivered onsite to organizations.
